When you purchase presale from the developer, you are investing in a project that is not yet ready but will be in a few years.
To clarify, they are known as off-plan
It is critical that you remember the phrase off-plan since this word will open doors for you that no one else would!
Buying off-plan, or at the presale stage, enables you to acquire houses at a reduced cost, thereby providing you a significant discount on your original investment.
When the presale period ends, generally 6-12 months after your original investment, the price of what you purchased will be 10-20% higher after just 6 months.
To put it another way, your investment gains 10-20% in value practically quickly once the presale ends.
And that's only the beginning...
Put less money down and earn a bigger return...
An example is the simplest method to demonstrate the enormous possibilities of This Flipping Method.
A 20% deposit is normally required if a home costs $250k USD or 1M AED.
